    I hate that word ‘tummy.’ it, to me, is the most vulgar disgusting word. it just hocks me off :/ ooh and i like doin my exercises 4 times a week, every other day, but i do cardio (fast walking and i walk backwards at points so i keep my coordination in check) 6 days a week, but i have a diet of 1200 calories too :D i try to keep them under 1400 and i drink 6 to 8 cups of water a day. its annoying but being overweight is limiting and i hate limitations :D
